The daily check is free and always will be. If you want to do more with your drivers, the optional Driver Hub adds a branded driver homepage, H&S documents with signed read receipts, roadside incident reporting, driver files with licence and CPC reminders, and agency self-onboarding. It's £1 per vehicle a month, and only if you want it.

Decals & cab cards
Something for the cab, if you want it.
Print cab cards from your dashboard — an A5 sheet with your fleet's QR and code for the cab. Prefer something tougher? Pre-printed vinyl decals: 50p each (minimum 10), 100 for £40, flat £3.95 postage. Stick one in the cab, scan it once, pick the vehicle — that decal starts that vehicle's check forever after. A convenience, never a requirement.
