There isn't one, and there are no hidden costs. The daily walkaround check is free for everyone. There are optional paid extras if you ever want them, but you never have to. It's all set out in the Free Forever Pledge.
Yes. It's published and dated in the Pledge, so we can't quietly change our minds later.
Some fleets choose the optional Driver Hub at £1 a vehicle a month, or order decals. If you never want either, you never pay a penny, and the daily check stays free.
No. Never, to anyone, for anything. Your checks, defects, photos and records belong to you.
No. Drivers don't have accounts, emails or passwords. First time on a phone they tap their name and enter a 4-digit PIN their manager gives them; the phone remembers them after that. It exists so every check is signed by the right person — that's all.
No. Your fleet link (shared by text or WhatsApp) and printable cab cards do the same job. Vinyl decals are a 50p convenience for cabs that want something permanent.
They're already yours: every check is a locked, signed PDF you can export in full at any time, and we've pledged a minimum of 90 days' notice plus full exports if we ever wound down.
Yes. Every check is a signed, dated, SHA-256-sealed PDF, with DVSA-aligned checklists, photo evidence and rectification records, kept for the retention window. It's a proper record.
A branded driver homepage, H&S documents with signed read receipts, roadside incident reporting, driver files (licence, CPC and tacho expiry reminders, training records) and agency self-onboarding. £1 per vehicle per month, optional forever.
In the UK/EU, encrypted, org-scoped so only your fleet's managers see your fleet's data. Drivers can see their own profile and their own checks — nothing else. Details on our Security page; the full legal picture is in our Privacy Notice and Data Processing Terms.
As little as we can: a name, a hashed PIN, their signature and the checks they submit. Hub fleets can add licence/CPC/tacho expiry dates and training records. We never store medical information, penalty points or convictions — see “What we deliberately don't collect” on the Security page.
